This really couldn't have gone any worse...it was a disaster from start to finish...legs were feeling like crap all day long and I was feeling mega tired, I've definitely not got rid of the back end of this virus yet.....to make matters worse I arrived late after being stuck at work and was putting my number and vest on as I ran down the 100m straight which constituted as my warm up this couldn't have been any worse....I then probably went off a bit too hard from the track without really thinking about it, then as people started to pass me I went backwards in a MASSIVE way, so much for this being a race where I targeted 16.40ish I had a mare and ran the worst race I've ran this year.....let's hope this doesn't happen again as I can't let it I must make sure I'm more organised at work to finish earlier..let's see what the 3k this coming Tuesday brings.
