Notes
1st leg of the relays. Went off fairly conservatively as I didn't want to end up dying and was very wary of the stitch I'd got in the previous race. I think the stitch is due to my breathing being too shallow made up that I didn't get one but feel I could definitely have gone a bit quicker.
