first 4 miles I averaged 8:55

next 16 miles I averaged 8:23

last full 6 miles I averaged 10:47

plan was to run my first 4 miles really close to a 9:00 avg pace with my first mile being 9:15-9:30 and the other 3 being close to or slightly under 9:00. (actual average pace for these 4 miles was approx.. 8:55)

plan was to run my next 16 miles between 8:20 and 8:30 with an average of 8:25. I felt really really good and focused on using and squeezing my glutes and the miles were really fast except the 15th and 16th miles (which was my 19th and 20th) at 8:44 and 9:14 but I still managed to average 8:23 for these 16 miles since I had some really fast miles (I had 12 in a row that were faster then 8:25 but I didn't feel tired at all...and even had 3 in a row under 8:10)

the plan was to finish the last 6 miles at the 9:00 pace but that fell apart really fast as I ended up walking a lot just because my body was so tired. I couldn't pin point exactly which muscles were tired so I think I just need a lot of strength training and to get stronger mentally. I was basically caught up to the 3:44 pacers at mile 19 but then lost sight of them and the 3:56 pacers even passed me. For these last 6 full miles, I averaged 10:47 :(
