1st mile was taking way too long so I stopped the watch, turned it off and turned it back on and started over. I added it to here.
I adjusted the tension on the bike trainer but then had to adjust it again (after 1/2 mile) as it was too easy.
I adjusted the seat forward just a little as my butt hurt last time I road. My butt still hurts after a little while so I think I need to adjust the seat forward a bit.
