I hoped to be able to run final 9 miles at 8:00 pace. Once I ran my 2nd mile, I decided it would be nice to run the final 9 all at sub 8:00 pace and was able to do that plus was able to push really hard in the last mile and run my fastest one today plus get down to 1:00 below the 8:00 total pace! Great run!
