gps watch said .74 miles but I believe (based on Google maps) that its closer to 1100 yards (.625 miles)
Focused on putting head down and trying to swim with better technique...would take between 10-20 strokes and then do a front crawl for a bit to catch my bearings a little and then go again...need to focus on longer stretches of my face down.
Was a lot faster then last time but only because I didnt waste as much time figuring out my goggles and tried to take less brakes.
