plan was to run the first 5 miles as I plan to run them next Sunday for the marathon....goal is to run the first mile at 9:00 and then 3 miles fast (7:50ish) and one mile a little slower (8:20ish) and then repeat these 4 miles another 5 times.
Today after my first 5 miles, the plan was to run the last 5 miles slow and easy (avg pace was 9:00).
felt the fatigue...tired legs...a bit in the first 5 miles but I'm sure its because i ran 7 miles fast a few days ago.
