plan was to run 6 miles (initially thought the middle 6) at 8:00 pace and the rest at slow easy 10:00 pace.
Once I started running, I thought it would be best to try and run the last 6 miles at the faster pace with the intent of finishing strong. Last 6 miles I averaged 8:05 pace. I think I increased the speed too fast as I was up to 7.5 at maybe .5 miles into the 6.
