3 intervals....with a .25 mile walk in before each...1.5 miles, 1.25 miles and .6 miles
1.5 miles (goal was 10:30) 10:23 (6:55 pace)
1.25 miles (goal was 8:45) 8:28 (6:46 pace)
.6 miles (goal was 4:00) 4:08 (6:53 pace)
very happy with these intervals...they were very hard and tiring but after running most of last week on a treadmill I wasnt sure what to expect.
