was hoping to be able to run it in under 2 hours but juts didn't have the legs/speed for it. I had worked my average mile time down to 8:01 at the end of 10 miles but I just couldn't keep it up.
I realized I need to a have more speed during the week. I need to incorporate my 10 mile tempo runs back into my week..maybe each Wednesday. I also should be adding strides to alot of my days.
