Notes

This is the easy part of 10.02 mile long run. Did the hard run around 7:15 pace, not 7:30 pace though. Will see how it affects upcoming CV workout. May make it Thursday to get the most recovery. Next week cutback. Following still do 3 mile tempo - 5 X1K CV's.
