This is the 2000 run entered into the Microft Acess log. Looked at numbetr 1000 - it was 4/3/2006. Didn't make any mention of it. This was the hard part of 10 mile run. Average 159 (MP) due to low,low first mile. Last two miles averaged 163, so will call it that. Steady Pace.
