Notes

Barefoot run on the treadmill. Made a pan of chewy bars tonight - good stuff. Yesterday made a 1/4 cup of popcorn and ate half of it. Couldn't find what I didn't eat. Doreen ate it! Oh well, good for her. She said it tasted better when just popped, but was really good.
