Entered this run on a Saturday. Doing the old cheat - entering it on a day I am sort of weight happy. Good to be below 170 pounds. Not crazy about the pace/heart rate relationhip. Thinking about making long run longer - up to 14 - 16 miles? On call this weekend though.
