Bringing the weight from 187 to 185. You know what I did - made a pan of brownies. Good thing: did not eat any of them. Looking back the last seven days ran 4 miles five of them - so 20 miles. If I run four miles tomorrow - 24 miles. I am feeling it. I was wrong - last seven days - 24 miles..... Oh yeah
