ASICS (Asics running)
Ran first 15 minutes at 10 minute pace, then the last 15 minutes at 9:05 pace. Weight is trending down, so that is good, but did have some peanut butter and jam sandwiches last night which always makes me bigger. Also had some m&m's. Oh well.
