Treadmill

Notes

Ran on threadmill at YMCA. I was on the number two treadmill, and Dad was on number three. Nice lady on number one! Ran first 35 minutes at 10 minutes per mile. The last five minutes was at 7:30 per mile! I think I may do that some more- once a week or son. Weight is going fairly well.
