Treadmill

Notes

First time setting treadmill to a 10 minute pace in a long while. First barefoot run of the week. Usually Monday is the first one. After running last Friday and getting the blister I think it was good to wait a day. Will run barefoot Thursday (snow storm) and maybe Saturday.
