Ran outside. I wanted to get a six mile run in this week. Tomorrow thinking about doing a hill workout - maybe 3 miles (27). Friday and Saturday do four each for a 35 mile week. I like that number. Doing well entering runs into log. Sitting in front of A/C - man it is HOT!!!!!
