COMMENTS: Another treadmill run. This is a cutback week - getting me on sync with the on-call rotation at work. Weight is very high - I have gained 10! Pounds. Need to lose them. Eating to maintain though. Skip breakfast, lunch, snacks. At so-so today - to maintain
