Easy / recovery miles of long run. Legs are kind of sore. Weight is UNBELIEVABLY LOW. All time low - by 3 pounds. 155 pounds. I was 158 a couple weeks back. I was 159 back in 2003. If I had run like this in 2003, instead of stupid marathon.. Oh well I blame internet.

Ok - this in vacation. Legs are a not feeling "fresh" or have "pop." Oh well.
