Darn - time was 21 seconds slower than I wanted. To try it, set Garmin to lap on 1K not 1 mile. First 2 k's were right there 3:52 and 3:53. Couldn't keep it up though. Last 3K's were 4:09, 4:19, and 4:04. I think it was a well executed race, and hope to get faster.
