Got to 24 miles this week the "hard" way: 3,3,6, 4, 2.75, and then today's 6. No long run, two six milers, and several low mileage day. Cooking dinner now - pasta and broccoli. Had a salid, hot chocolate, and yogart too. Doreen may be able to eat at table tonight.
