Did 35 miles this week the hard way! Usually have one 10 mile run (28 - 29 % of total miles.) Longest run this week was 7 (20 % of total miles.) The seven and another six miler were both done on a treadmill too. I am such a man. Ha. Oh well, time to eat some junk food
