Ok - cv intervals. Went 5:17 warmup. First 1K in 4:11. 1:34 recovery. Then another 1K in 4:04. Another 1:34 recovery then :40 second fast, 1:37 recovery; :40 fast. Good intro/start to intervals for 2009. Recovered quickly, but was pretty hard work. Keep adding more.
