Notes

Watching "So you think you can Dance" and then listened to Journey to get this 50 minute run/walk in. Weight is still high, but appetite is not bad. I am thinking about building to two workouts this winter. 5X1k~4:15 and a 7 miles @ 7:30 pace. We'll see.
