Ran .6 miles extra because I had run 25.4 miles to this point, and wanted to run an even 34 miles for the week. Kind of lost in my schedule. Last 4 weeks: 24 mile cut back, 34 w/2 quality, 30 with goal race, this week 34 with 2 quality. Next week last 34 /w quality week.
