Felt much stronger than last week
did 10 x 400m and was able to gradually increase the pace from ~3:50 to 3:25.
The day before I missed the elliptical (felt really tired from the long run on Sunday under the heat) but I did instead the whole set of exercise in one session (I usually spread them out throughout one day or two)
So I had DOMS on my glutes :) which I think is a good thing !
