did 10 x 100m strides with 15-20 sec full (didn't stop the watch during the resting time) rest after 10min WU and another 10x100m after 40min run.
Lower legs a bit tight from yesterday's track 6x1000 (first interval in about 6 weeks, lost raw speed).
