DP: 74<br><br>Damn humidity. The sun was hot, the temp was 85 and the humidity was 74. Ran Calhoun with the boys, then met up with a couple of the girls and ran a nice, easy pace with them around Harriet. Just miserable weather.<br><br>Followed it up with a weights session at DS. Had them take it easy on the legs with the race on Saturday, so they took it out on my upper body. Had no energy at night, went to bed at 9:00.<br>
