felt good, probably just under 7 minutes. not too fast, but could have pushed it more. knee feeling a little tight. strides after 5x150ish. stretch, roll out and ice. need a good night sleep now that were starting to hit some good mileage, along with more of the little things. side note to this side note: the fresh foams started to wear out at the toes, just noticed today. maybe they dont have a very long life, only at about 500 miles. pegs still good at almost 700, titties also still good.
