Cross Train (weights)

Notes: Chest flyes (?) 30, 32.5, 35 x 10 each. Seated low row 6, 7, 7 x 10 each. Lateral and forward raises 3 sets of 10 @ 10 lbs. Chest machine 50, 65, 70 x 10 each. Core: 2 sets of 20 leg raises and 20 bikes on the bench. 2 sets of 20 candles and bikes on the decline bench. Swiss ball crunches, big decline bench sit ups with 20 lb plate, back extensions with 10 lb plate.
