Ikea Run
Notes: Besides some chaffage, I felt great. Two days off running were nice I think. Added on before meeting Jon for a short loop of east PP/Center Drive. Took a jaunt down to Ikea, tempo'd through the PJs and ran home from there with a lamp. Incredible ergonomic packaging allowed for easy carry. Stopped on the bridge over the Gowanus and saw a little boat go under the drawn up bridge. Ran to and from Jon's after the run.
