Notes

Track Workout

Notes: 600 (1:45), 350, 250, 150, 250, 150. Felt best on the 350 and the last 150, but legs felt spent today, not sore or locked up, just lacked any spring or energy, felt like my stride was all over the place, jello feeling in legs. Felt better yesterday coming off of the workout. Noticed some tightness in groin when stretching after. Contrast bath after stretches.
