Speed Workout
Notes: 4x100 strides. 4x200 all at 29. 4x150 (22, 22, 23, 21) off the turn. 4x40 to 80 starts in lanes. Ran consistently, picked up the pace when I started to feel tired. Felt comfortable at the paces I ran. Mild lower leg pains, but lessened after strides and warm up.
