Incline BB bench (95 x 10, 105 x 10, 115 x 10), incline DB fly (35 x 10, 40 x 10, 45 x 10), standing BB military press (8 x 70, 8 x 60, 8 x 60), DB front raise (3 x 12 x 20), cable single arm lateral raise (3 x 12 x #2), BB upright row (3 x 8-12 x 50/60), tricep pushdown (2 x 12 x 5, 1 x 12 x 6) supersetted with bench dips, front and side core.
