Notes: Bench press with dumbbells (lbs/hand): 55 x 10, 60 x 10, 65 x 6, 70 x 4 (PR).

Dips: 15, 10. Pull ups: 2, 2.

Lat pulldowns: 100 x 12, 100 x 6.

Weighted moon raises: 3 sets of 12 @ 12 lbs alternated with 10 to 15 leg raises.
