Track Workout

Notes: 12 minute warm up felt a little strained; pretty tired going into practice today again. 6x200 with the goal of reaching 800 race pace while still negative splitting the set: (32, 31, 30, 30, 30, 30). 6x60 standing starts, felt slow on those. 4x150 all out, ran around 20 seconds for each of them, in trainers and felt slow on those again, but pretty good form on the straightaway. Overall, the 200s went well timewise but the effort all practice felt tough, could be from tiredness, as well as 90 degree temps and sun at practice time.
