Notes: 400 (60.5), 45 seconds rest, 200 (30.5), 15 minute rest, 400 (57.high), 45 second rest (29.high) 3x200 @ relaxed pace, all around 31, 2.5 minutes rest in between. Didn't feel especially great for the workout but still went fast on the second 400, just ignored however I was feeling going into the 400 and went for it. Fast workout, felt great to finish one like this.
