Notes: Hanging leg raises/ seated rows (6, 7, 8, 8). Bench 115 x 10, 125 x 10, 135 x 8, 145 x 5 with help (PR). Declined leg raises and bicycles/ upright dumbell row (25 lbs/hand). Sandwiched between 3 mile runs.
