Track Workout

Notes: 8x80m standing starts, 2x200 (31,32), 1x600 (1:45), 3x150 pace changers. Felt okay, felt like I didn't want to/ couldn't push the 600, 200s and 150s were good. Lower legs weren't bad, but felt them a little bit.
