Recovery Run

Notes: No left hip pain until 35 minutes into run, subsided by end of run/ Some numbness in area below both calves that faded after warming up/ Tired in beginning from sleeping less, but warmed up well and felt relaxed during run/ Legs have started to feel more fresh and light in past two days, starting to adapt to higher mileage
