Rock Creek
Notes: Took the Metro to Cleveland Park with Rich and met Booth to drive to a Rock Creek trailhead nearby (same one we ran last January). Super hot and humid. Stopped and got water for a while. The runs haven't been so hard the past two days, but the environment has zapped my legs both days.
