Cross Train (weights)

Notes: Squat: 105 x 12, 115 x 10, 135 x 8, 155 x 6.

Bench press with dumbells: 55 x 10, 60 x 10, 65 x 6.

Military press: 25 x 10, 30 x 10. (need to go up a lot)

Deadlift: 135 x 10, 155 x 6 (grip failed)- go up in weight with the new grip technique.

Medicine ball twist and raise 2 x 15.

Back extensions: 20 with swiss ball.

Medicine ball twists x 50.

Leg raises and crossovers x 20.
