Track Workout

Notes: 4x300 relaxed but fast (52, 51, 47, 47). 6x80 starts, fast. 4x150 all out (mostly around 19.7). 4x ~30 flyes. Felt good for the 300s , decent for the 150s but lacked the top speed I wanted to hit comfortably, but the 300s did feel very good and in control. Cooled down barefoot on infield turf.
