Tried to run a fast mile after 26 seconds slide and fell on some ice and hit elbow I walked to next 1/4 mile marker. Then, I ran 1/2 out and 1/2 back 1:25 2:58 3:35 6:04 splits Patches of ice and snow and ice over bridge at Legion field.
