2 mile warm up + light stretching
12 x 200m @ 54s
Jog lightly/ walk for equal distance between each rep.
1.5 mile cool down
You can either go to a track, or go around the neighborhoods. I'd set your watch to metric and lapping every 200m.
There are no gold medals given for going faster!
