This run was ROUGH!
Had bloodwork this morning and didn't drink water, but had a banana...so that was a bad move on my part.
finished first mile in 9:35 which isn't bad. (4:35 first half)
Finished 1.5 mile in 14:30 so that mile was nearly 10 minutes
Finished strong although felt awful last 1/2 at 4:19
