Phew, this was rough, first non race outside in awhile, was very wet and the grape vineyard 1/4 mile was an ice rink so by the time I emerged I was around a 10:30 pace and running in snow...that combined with many runs this week took a lot out of me...
...however
I feel I crushed the last mile bringing the pace down after being around 10:03 after 3 miles
