Quite a bit breezy, threw in some intervals which went well. Likely won’t have a chance to run tomorrow so a good day for it. 5 WU/CD, 3 sets of 2 min interval/recovery, 3 min int/rec. threw in one last 1 minute sprint before CD and hit a 6:22 pace. States in beaver falls tomorrow and coaching Anna early so won’t be time for a run which is fine
